There are so many easy ways to lighten your toxic load in your environment. Here are some simple ways to remove toxins from your environment.When it comes to nutritional deficiencies these are few that are associated with fatigue.
It is worth investigating your situation to see if you are low in:
Essential Fatty Acids
~Start with your water that you drink and look at your sources. Be sure to get your water tested if in doubt. Remember the equation of your body weight divided by 2 = oz. per day of water for your body.
~Change your sources of cleaning and personal hygiene products to remove any additional toxic chemicals to your indoor environment. Checking for molds in the indoor environment is extremely important as well. Test kits or professionals can assess this.

Neurotoxins, along with a host other toxins wreak havoc with many systems within the body. All are major disruptor’s to adrenal, thyroid and pituitary glands. It is really important to look at each aspect of your life to determine how to lighten your load.
~ Make sure all food sources are organic, and grass fed, pastured and real foods grown by nature. Keep a food log to hold yourself accountable or better yet work with a professional to make sure you are assimilating what you are putting into your body works. Contact me HERE.
~ Stop using nail polish, chemical laden shampoos, hair dyes ,perfumes, make up, home cleaners with bleach and other harmful chemicals. If you decide to use these products, make your own or find products without harmful chemicals for your family.
~Include plenty of fermented foods, vegetable juices, bone broths and lots of organic vegetables on a daily basis. These foods help your body to rid toxins. They are known to detoxify some more than others. Fermented foods can speed up the process so be aware to start slow. When you change the simple things you do have control over, it is surprising how much energy comes back as your body releases the brain fog, toxic chemical load from all systems of the body. Move your body every day to help your lymphatic system move toxins out of your body. Be sure to use some form of meditation or calming movement that resonated with you.
