I have say it is wonderful to know that whether you are on the GAPS, AIP, Fodmaps or just gluten free the options are endless. There so many bloggers dedicated to eating real foods that taste far better than the processed unhealthy options. It goes as far as the farmers raising sustainable agriculture such as grass fed, pastured meats and organic fruits and veggies. so look on my RESOURCE PAGE HERE if you need local farmers and CSA’s and farmers markets. Do your research and know your local food producers.
