Would you like recipes of fermented foods from many bloggers??
As you all know by now I am an avid fermenter with many projects revolving around all things fermented!! My main reason for spreading the word is for improving your gut health. Bring back these traditional foods is great way to jump start your gut health, which of course is the key to improving many functions within your body.
