Designed to help you integrate new foods that taste great for you and your family, individual cooking classes are geared toward a theme. Themes include Bones Broth 101, Fermenting 101, Culturing 101, Soups and Salads 101, How to Cook Grassfed Meats, Vegetables 101 and much more.
Gather 2-4 friends for a 2 hour cooking session. You pick the selection of your choice and take home the meals to freeze for the week. Fermenting 101 and Cultured Power Cooking are two of our most popular themes!
